You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any activity that may harm Billio, its users, partner banks, operators, or regulatory bodies. Any attempt at fraud, misuse, or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
2. Payments & Transactions
All payments on Billio are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways. Once a transaction is initiated, it cannot be reversed unless the operator or biller confirms a failure. Users must ensure that all details such as mobile number, operator, customer ID, or biller information are correct before confirming payment.
3. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, PINs, and OTPs. Billio will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by user negligence, credential sharing, or compromised devices.
4. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal and payment information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete details may result in transaction failure, service restriction, or account suspension. Billio reserves the right to request verification documents where required by regulatory or operational guidelines.
5. Wallet & Balance Usage (If Applicable)
Any wallet or stored balance provided by Billio is strictly meant for using Billio services only. Wallet balances cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or refunded except where permitted by applicable law or regulatory instructions. Suspicious or abnormal usage may lead to wallet suspension or account review.
6. AEPS Transactions (If Enabled)
AEPS transactions are processed through NPCI and respective bank networks. Billio does not store biometric data at any stage. Users must obtain explicit consent from customers before initiating AEPS transactions. Any misuse or unauthorized biometric usage will be the sole responsibility of the user.
7. BBPS Bill Payments
All BBPS payments are processed as per the timelines and rules of the respective billers. Billio acts only as a facilitator and does not control biller processing delays, bill updates, or confirmation timelines. Users are advised to verify bill details carefully before payment.
8. API & B2B Services (If Applicable)
Billio may provide API-based services to partners or businesses. Users are responsible for safeguarding API keys and ensuring secure usage. Any misuse, abnormal traffic, or violation of usage limits may result in immediate suspension of API access without prior notice.
9. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only when a transaction is confirmed as failed or reversed by the operator or biller. Pending or processing transactions are not eligible for instant refunds. Certain services such as AEPS or wallet loads may be non-refundable unless mandated by regulatory guidelines.
10. Service Availability
Billio aims to provide uninterrupted services; however, service availability may be affected by bank downtimes, operator outages, maintenance activities, or third-party technical issues. Billio is not liable for losses arising from such external disruptions.
11. Fraud Prevention
Any attempt to exploit offers, perform fake transactions, misuse AEPS services, or manipulate the platform will result in immediate account termination and may attract legal action. Billio employs automated monitoring systems to detect suspicious activities.
12. Chargeback Rules
Chargebacks are governed by bank and operator policies. Users initiating false disputes or chargebacks for successful transactions may face account suspension, wallet blocking, and legal consequences as per applicable laws.
13. Data Security
Billio uses industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption and secure infrastructure to protect user data. However, Billio is not responsible for data breaches caused by malware, compromised devices, or user-side security failures.
14. Legal Compliance
All services provided by Billio comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations, including guidelines issued by RBI, NPCI, BBPS, UIDAI (where applicable), and the Information Technology Act. Users must not engage in activities that violate financial or governmental regulations.
15. Account Suspension
Billio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions, show fraudulent behavior, or pose a risk to the platform or other users. Suspended users may contact support for review, subject to verification.
16. Limitation of Liability
Billio’s liability is limited to facilitating transactions and providing support based on operator-confirmed outcomes. Billio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from user errors, system delays, or third-party failures.
17. User Conduct
Users are expected to interact respectfully with Billio’s support team. Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate service restriction or account termination.
18. Third-Party Links
Billio may contain links to third-party websites or services. Billio is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party platforms. Users access such links at their own risk.
19. Modification of Terms
Billio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
